  1. Heat butter over medium heat in large skillet
  2. Brown goose breasts
  3. Transfer meat to slow cooker
  4. Add onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and enough chicken stock to cover meat
  5. Simmer on low heat for 6-8 hours, or until meat is tender and easily shredded
  6. Remove the goose meat and shred
  7. Discard the liquid mix from your slow cooker
  8. Add shredded meat back to the slow cooker and mix with your choice of BBQ sauce
  9. Allow meat and sauce to heat up a bit then serve
